FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How does party rental work?
You place the products you would like to rent in your cart and send your request for quote to us. We contact you at the contact information you give us and agree all the details with you. You can pay the deposit and pick up the rented equipment at a date agreed in our shop at Zrínyi Street. Having used them for the wedding, the event, the photo shoot, etc., you return everything into our shop, you receive the deposit back, and pay the rental charge.
2. I have a question relating to a product, how do I enquire?
If you need any information connect to our chat line or e-mail us. During opening hours you can reach us on the phone as well.
3. Can I rent the equipment for a longer period?
Yes, but prices at our website refer to one weekend (from Thursday to Monday). Ask for a personal quote if you have any special request, we cater for your needs.
4. How do I know that the staff I have chosen is free at the date I need it and that you have enough?
In general, you can only put the maximum available quantity in your cart. If you need more, it’s still worth asking us. You choose the date of rental, send your order to us, and we check availability on receipt.
5. How soon do I need to send my order before the event?
Sooner the better, if you want to secure the equipment you need. We take orders maximum 6 month ahead.
6. What is the latest I can send my order?
We require a minimum of 48 hour notice from your pick-up time. Failing that please contact us urgently to see if and how we can help you.
7. What do I have to do to secure the chosen products?
50% of order value is required for reservation ahead. This secures the availability of your rentals. The second half of your rental charge is payable on returning everything.
8. Can I see what I am renting personally?
Yes, you can see everything at an agreed date and time in our shop in Zrínyi Street.
9. Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately not, we only take orders through our website or in e-mail. We are happy to assist you on the phone, but we need a written confirmation in all cases.
10. How can I be sure you received my order?
You receive an automatic reply to your e-mail. Our colleagues will also contact you the next working day the latest.
11. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, you do. We take a deposit which is fully repayable on return of the rentals, assuming the equipment is returned fully and undamaged. The amount of the deposit equates three times the amount of the rental charge.
12. Does the price include delivery, set-up and removal charges?
No. The price show on the website includes the charge for rental ready for you to take away and the way we expect it back.
13. Can I request a delivery?
We can undertake delivery in Budapest and within 30km of the city. The cost of delivery depends on the individual content of your order. Ask our proposal!
14. Where and when can I receive my order?
We agree with you in advance regarding the receipt of your order. Our shop is open from 9am to 6pm on weekdays. Our address: 1051 Budapest, 12 Zrínyi Street.
If not agreed otherwise, rented equipment can be picked up the day before the event and must be returned the day after the event. In case of weekend events rentals can be picked up on Thursday from 2pm to 5pm, or on Friday from 9am to 5pm. Your rentals are due back on Monday between 9am and 5pm. On Sunday our shop is closed.
15. What happens if something gets damaged or lost?
On return our colleagues check the completeness of equipment and ensure of no damages. Any problems will be flagged without delay. The value of any loss or damages will be deducted from your deposit.
16. Can I buy the equipment or can they only be rented?
Most of the products on our site are also for sale. If you have interest in the availability or the selling price of the products shown, please contact us in e-mail.
